'The property is owned by a lovely couple who makes you feel so welcome and safe. The breakfast is the morning is delicious. The rooms are spacious and clean. The town is a five minute walk and is everything you are looking for when traveling to Ireland. Favorite experience my whole trip!'

'This place is great. The location is perfect for exploring Connemara. The house is away from busy streets, thus very quiet. Our room was great, clean, well equipped bathroom. Clearly the communication between Vrbo and The Ivy was not working, however a room was found for us, had to be changed from a double to a twin as per specifics of our booking. Newly decorated and carpeted room, very lovey, dated shower and NO mattress cover on the my single bed ? Yuk. 'Well located, about 5 minutes to the Quay with restaurants and pubs&the entrance to Westport house. About 20 min walk to town centre, can walk 3 possible ways, greenway, through Westport house grounds or on the road. All the staff were lovely and very helpful, Louise picked us up from the railway station on our arrival & dropped us when we were leaving & brought us to catch a bus one morning. Breakfast was very good & the room was good, would recommend Broadlands as a good place to stay in...
