'I booked a luxury house … When we got there we were put into an apartment. After speaking to the manger we were into the luxury house …but when go to the house the carpets were wet. They then tried to give us another house that didn’t look as if it was clean … '

'2 weeks prior to our arrival, we sent a message, and have still not had a reply. At arrival, the host did not know we were coming and had no info about our booking. Luckily she did a good job on preparing our house quickly. Kitchen supply was very old, frying pan useless and no toaster. '
