« I stayed for about ten days while visiting a nearby university. The staff were all very kind and readily assisted me whenever I needed help. The surrounding area was quite convenient, with local restaurants, convenience stores, laundries, and cafes all within walking distance. The room was also well-equipped with a microwave and an induction cooker, making it easy to prepare meals in the room. If I have a similar opportunity in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again! »

« Security staff was friendly. Pool is free and inclusive but shower at the pool area does not have water. Toilet is stinky and dirty. There is a nice view of Manila bay, but the smell of Manila bay from the pool is really nasty. The unit was advertise as exclusive but has barely any kitchen wares. The only pot and 1 wok is very dirty. Floors were very greasy. The unit is dusty. The 2 bedrooms were advertized with 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed, but it was just 1 queen, 1 double and no sofa bed. « Avoid the restaurant at all costs... 90% of the menu is unavailable including ALL alcoholic beverages except 1 cheap wine option. Even though ALL the liquors and wines are displayed, they are for display only. The rest of the hotel was absolutely phenomenal and in a perfect location. Staff was amazing and the room was better than other places in Manila. I will stay here every time in the future. But I will just avoid dinning there. But there are amazing restaurants near by so this is not...

« This is not a hotel but a combo so not advisable for business travellers and short stays (no drinkable water in room, soap dispensers empty so had to buy my own, no iron table). You end up renting a flat managed by 3rd party: no wifi in common areas (nightmare for Grab taxi), checking in took ages (staff asking for a tag i never got). »
