De ligging is gunstig je wandelt zo naar de Luton mall.

Praktisch gelegen.
Goed hotel, handig gelegen naast het treinstation en nabij het vliegveld van Luton. ( 10 min met bus of taxi) Londen is met de frequent rijdende treinen in 30 bereikbaar. Goed ontbijtbuffet. Onze kamer was te klein voor 3 personen. Mooie badkamer. Geen geluidsoverlast ervaren van de trein of vliegtuigen. De omgeving van het hotel is niet aantrekkelijk. Niets te doen.

vervoer naar vliegveld ingewikkeld.
Verblijf van 1 nacht. Afstand tot vliegveld wat te groot. Niet op loopafstand, taxi was 11 pond en de taxi chauffeur wilde liever niet rijden ivm korte afstand. Er is GEEN shuttlebus. Goedkoopste optie voor vervoer naar hotel is locale bus. Personeel niet super vriendelijk voor een hilton. Badkamer erg mooi. Eten 's avonds lekker. Ontbijt in de ochtend niet echt bijzonder.

A clean, spacious hotel that's useful for Luton Airport and the DART shuttle. Right next to the train station for a quick ride to Luton for something to eat.

Hair in every bed I saw when I tried to change bed
Hair in every bed I saw as I had to change room at about midnight as I checked in late that day. Yellow stain on a mattress cover. The manager was speaking loud in the corridors even though it was late. He told me that he was happy to refund me so I would leave when I explained that I was only trying to find a solution and wanted to sleep. I was offered complementary water. The breakfast consisted in non fresh items mainly and the pots containing yogurt were not clean.

Average stay
Stay was okay for it's purpose. Food was average and menu could be improved. I would eat out if you have a choice. I wouldn't eat there again. They serve frozen boxed cheap fish and not worth the price. The breakfast choice was average. However the service in the hotel offered throughout was good.

Pas au niveau attendu
Pas au niveau de ce que j'attends de Hampton by Hilton... La chambre est propre mais sent le renfermé, le lavabo est fendu et à moitié bouché, les couloirs ne sont pas nettoyés régulièrement et des peluches blanches trainent sur les tapis. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est bien mais un peu limité. Un diner sur place est possible mais le choix est aussi limité et le prix excessif. Le personnel est poli et attentif. L'accès est facile et proche de l'aéroport.

The biggest disappointment was the food service. The hotel restaurant/bar had a very limited menu and the menu was not available in our room. Since there was no other food service within walking distance of the hotel, it was our only option --- so we were "stuck" with what it offered. In the shower, we found a wad of hair that had obviously not been cleaned from the previous occupants. The desk staff were friendly, but because of only one person there, we had to wait several minutes for check-in and for other questions to be answered.
