'Een nieuw hotel vlakbij een groot winkelcentrum op loopafstand. Het personeel moet nog wel het e.e.a. leren maar zijn zeer vriendelijk. Ik had een kamer op de begane grond. Ruim en comfortabel met een goede badkamer. Ik kom hier zeker terug. '

'Good overall but I couldn’t sleep deeply because AC is a bit too loud and the room has too many pilot or glowing lights eg, phone, A/C control panel, etc'

'We had a splendid time at the Hotel and Spa.. The rooms were comforting and the beds were so relaxing to rest on. Breakfast was the best we've had, simply superb.'

'Wat een heerlijke plek om te zijn. Het hotel is prachtig vormgegeven en comfortabel. De kamers ruim, schoon en ook een lust voor het oog, zo mooi! If you have to stay in Lusaka, go there!'

'The Grand Palace Hotel is not a bad hotel. But it does not stand up to the high quality that is promised in the adds and on the website. Main problem is that in the details the cleanliness could and should be better: especially the joints between the tiles. And wow: does it take long before the water in the shower becomes comfortable...'

'Very nice, pleasant and helpful staff.'

'Good Hotel, for business travellers'

'limited hours for breakfast and dinner. otherwise perfect esp if days are at mulungushi conf ctre. 5 minute walk.'

'The accommodation was comfortable and affordable, while the breakfast can be an interchangeable especially when persons are spending a number of days.'

'Nice'

'The location is safe. It was clean, the breakfast was ok. Maybe work on parking space'

'We stayed for 4 nights in the 2 bedroom apartment. After the first night there was a supposed issue with the electrical grid. This meant we were subjected to extreme October heat with no air conditioning whatsoever. For the duration of our trip. We also came home to the room not being cleaned on one of the days as the excuse was “they could not find the key for our apartment”. On a positive note, the properly is modern and well kept.'

'Very friendly staff and excellent service. Good dining options. We experienced one of the best gyms ever, I could workout like I do at home, absolutely amazing. Also a very nice pool. I've known this hotel already for decades, this was the first time we had a room here. We will come back for sure.'
