The house consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and an outdoor area used as a private and free parking, available to guests.

- BATHROOM with slightly raised shower cubicle, washing machine, sink, bidet and toilet;

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, free, private and guaranteed parking.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Check-in will be done on a self-check-in basis. We will provide you with further instructions close to your arrival.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types.

Winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C.

Payment of the city tax will be required.

The accommodation is located in a strategic area, able to offer all the necessary services.

The location allows you to reach by car both the seaside areas of Liguria, and the splendid Cinque Terre, both the cities of cultural interest in Tuscany (Lucca and the marble quarries of Carrara), and the small villages of historical interest such as Castelnuovo, Montemarcello and Luni; furthermore in the hamlet of Luni it is possible to visit the interesting National Archaeological Museum and the archaeological area of ​​Luni, as well as having the opportunity to take splendid bike rides.
