'Very nice visit, very clean room, excellent staff, great breakfast, easy parking'

'Waffle maker was broken.'

'Only one room was left and it was next to the elevators and the ice machine. Just needed a good night sleep but that was difficult with all of the noise coming from activity at the ice machine and elevators. There was a large crowd of very noisy young girls running amok in the evening. Only 1 elevator was operational so, with the large crowds, there was a line forming in the lobby. A very loud noise occurred in the hallway at 4:30am which had to have awakened more than us. Overall impression: ...

'Room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Long walk from parking lot to back side of building where our room was.'

'Prima'

'Next time I am needing motel in Lake City, will plan to stay at this location.'

'So nice and clean and quiet!'

'Rooms were almost spotless, staff was only one older woman by herself with a mobility scooter... She did the best she could. Plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance, great location. Exterior was moderate, slightly worn down but not bad! Parking lot was clean also. Only problem I had was I found a german or asian roach crawling on my daughter's food late at night. But, that was the only one. Could overall use some TLC, but not bad at all from r what you're paying!!'

'Goed onderhouden en zeer schoon motel! Vriendelijk personeel en veel restaurants en winkels in de buurt. Absolute aanrader!'

'All is ok'

'Wonderful stay! The staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast is good. We would stay here again!!!'

'The lady at the desk was very friendly! The room was truly awful! The bed was incredibly bad. Way too soft, like you're lying on a waterbed. What's even worse was that there were cockroaches everywhere, some tiny and some larger. We had to pull the bed down from the wall just to be able to sleep. They were crawling all over the ceiling, floor, walls, shower, and sink. It's a shame, but we'll never go back! The decor was nice, and the intention was good, but I'd rather not bring any cockroaches...

'Very clean! Comfy beds!'

'Definitely would not recommend….yuk! Shockingly the most dirty motel/hotel I’ve ever seen. Dirty tub & sinks, towels with black grease stains and sheets with holes- no bedspread'
