Apartment Lüneburg / Kreideberg, renovated, modern furnishings

The apartment is located in the Kreideberg district of Lüneburg and is an approximately 70sqm basement apartment, which is separated from the rest of the house and is used by guests alone.
In the bedroom there is a double bed with two 90x200 mattresses. Bed linen (and of course towels, toilet paper etc.) are of course included and do not have to be brought along.
In the living room there is a large couch that can be used for reading or watching TV (there is also a Blu-Ray player) or for one of the many games waiting to be tried out in the apartment. If necessary, the couch can also be pulled out to sleep on it. There is also a dining table in the living room. A few books and many CDs are also available.
In the kitchen there is (hopefully) everything you need - including a. Fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle ...
The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine (incl. Dryer). Of course there is also a hair dryer on site.
Wifi with> 100 Mbit can of course also be used.
The city center of Lüneburg can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, the train station on foot in 30 minutes. A bus runs from the train station to the bus stop 100m from the house. In the immediate vicinity is a lake for walking.
If necessary, there is a bicycle shelter (covered but open) for common use. By arrangement I can even rent 2 bicycles.
Hamburg can be reached by public transport in half an hour from the train station.
The apartment is newly renovated (offered since March 2017) and offers enough space to live.
We can make the check-in and check-out times much more flexible if possible and required.
I live in the upper part of the house and am happy to answer any questions.
Parking is available in addition to the property in the immediate vicinity.

A high chair and a baby travel bed are available. Please let me know and I will prepare it as this furniture is not always in the apartment.
