'Prachtig uitzicht vanaf terras, mooi dat de aanwezige fietsen (zowel kinder- als volwassenen) gebruikt mochten worden! De badkamer boven (met ligbad en douche) was prima, de 2e douche in de kelder/bij sauna iets minder. Nieuwe keuken prima, alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Cuvat is een rustig dorpje, buiten 1 restaurant (enkel voor lunch geopend en 's ochtends brood) weinig voorzieningen. Maar op rij-afstand van 5-10 km verschillende supermarkten. 'We loved the house. The view over the lake was breathtaking. It was decorated with style and we liked sitting on the balcony or in the living room and enjoying the view. The kids loved the fact they had their own floor and a large garden where they could play frisbee. There were a lot of activities you can do with children. Highly recommended was the Evian Nautical centre. You can swim in the pool pool as well as the lake. Our youngest jumped from 10 m. diving board. We also took the boat to...

'We have spent a wonderful week at this beautiful house in Excenevex. It is very well equipped with everything we needed, extremely clean and well presented, and has a lovely garden and pool. The host Elisabeth was lovely and very helpful.'

'Communication with Steven very fast and easy. Very good introduction of the home with Jo. The amazing house is very clean, very well equiped (shampoo, towels and lots usuful herbs and other things for cooking. Spacious rooms, sunny swimming pool with lots of deck chairs. Overall a fantastic place to be.'

'Depuis 8 ans que nous louons chaque été avec des attentes des plus diverses entre les enfants, petits et grands, et leur parents, cet endroit est le seul qui ait jusqu'à présent fait l'unanimité, alliant possibilités d'activités ou de repos, soleil ou nuages, excursions en montagne a 10km ou baignade dans le lac a 100m, des petits commercants top à 1km ou le grand supermarché à 15 min en voiture, et un proprietaire des plus reactifs au moindre petit souci. Beauté, calme, chaleur (mais pas trop),...

'The property is very clean and well maintained with all modern facilities and plenty of outdoor space. You cannot believe how perfect the setting is being just a few yards from a secluded beach where you can swim in the lake. The owner, Phillipe, was very welcoming and kindly left us a bottle of sparkling wine which we enjoyed our first night. We would highly recommend this property and hope to come back to stay here next year.'

'We had a wonderful two weeks in this home, enjoying the spectacular views of the mountains and Lac d’Annecy below. The home itself and the hosts are lovely, wonderful for kids and having meals with our friends, swimming, walks in the adjacent forest, playing table tennis and badminton, reading books on the terrace, etc. But the area is incredible as well - Annecy itself as well as day trips to hike in Chamonix; visits to family in Geneva, walks in Semnoz, visits to Les Gorges du Fier, cycling...
