Casa Rosa is a lovely stone building (350 sq m) with WiFi internet, air conditioning and private pool. The property can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably in six bedrooms with six bathrooms. Conveniently located 2 km (2 mi) from San Concordio Di Moriano, Italy in the tourist area "Lucca And Surroundings" and only 8 km (5 mi) from Lucca.

What to Expect
Casa Rosa is situated on the same estate as Villa Clara, a villa we have been succesfully renting for years, and used to be one of the farmers’ houses. The garden and swimming pool have been positioned on the opposite side of Villa Clara to assure total privacy. One of the rooms has facilities for disabled guests. There is a tennis club within walking distance of the house. The helpful caretakers live on the estate, in a separate apartment.
Upon arrival you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property perfect for a splendid vacation in Tuscany. For your pleasure you will find a private pool where you can unwind while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a busy day of sightseeing. Dining with friends and family is a huge part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your holiday. The kitchen includes coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to 12 people. Dine 'al fresco' like a real Tuscan, the fully furnished garden is the ideal setting to enjoy food, family and the nice Tuscan weather.
