- Seasonal Pool Access: The private pool is open seasonally from April 1, 2027 through October 31, 2027.

- Owner Presence: The owner resides in the adjacent barn annex on the property, with separate and detached entrance. Your privacy is fully respected, and your stay will be completely undisturbed.

- High chairs for children: Available at no additional cost.

- Included in Rate: Final cleaning, linens, towels, utilities (electricity, gas, water), Wi-Fi, and up to 2 high chairs and 2 baby cots (upon request).
