Just minutes from the house dozens of great restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping centers. Oakridge Elementary is a few blocks from the house and has a spacious playground. Texas Tech is just a few miles down the Marsha Sharp Fwy from the house.

This house was perfect and very clean. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We were in town for a funeral, so we didn't do any cooking, but the house was stocked with all the things if we had wanted to do so. I loved the coffee pot setup and happy I didn't have to make a special trip to the grocery store; I must have my morning cup of joe. Communicating with Trent was so easy, he was fast to respond. When I'm back in Lubbock I would definitely stay here again!
