This two-bedroom condo at The Cliff offers everything you need for a perfect
friends or family vacation. Balconies are all around, including each bedroom.
The condo's interior is bright, with updated furniture, bedding and walk-in showers all done in 2026. The living room features a large smart TV with cable.
The main living space, facing the ocean, features an open-concept design having large comfortable sofa and matching cushioned chairs. This space is open to the adjacent dining room with a design table with seating for six. This is next to the open and large
fully equipped kitchen. Sliding doors, just off the dining room and living room
room, lead to a large balcony with a seating area, perfect for breakfast,
yacht watching, or sunsets. (There is also a half bath off the living room)
Up to four guests (+ plus a baby in a crib) can comfortably sleep in this large
condo. The two bedrooms have televisions, private en-suite bathrooms and access to a
terrace through sliding doors. As 2026, both bathrooms have step in showers.
The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom
with a step in the shower and 2 sinks, safe, and access to the balcony, There is a make up table in the master bedroom.

While the property has access to a private beach in season, it is also a
3-minute walk to Mullet Bay, one of St. Martin's finest, and 5 minute drive to
Rouge or Long Bay Beaches. (Both of these beaches never see a crowd)
