'The hotel was perfectly located—just 3-4 min walk into the town. The staff was exceptional in terms of friendliness and responsiveness. Of the 4 mornings we were there, the hot air balloons went in flight just 2 days (due to the weather). And 1 if those days, they came right next to the hotel! (Select the balcony room if you can get it!) Incredible experience! The only negative was using the hotel transfer. We had issues upon arrival and departure. Other than that, highly recommend! '

'I stayed at Peruna Cave Hotel for about 5 days and as a solo female traveller I can honestly say I felt like I always had support and assistance at every point. I want to highlight Seyit and Garan who both went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, booked for activities and also shuttled to and from the airport. 'Getting there with car first time I was not sure about small streets etc but it worked perfect. Parking really close no problem. Host was very nice and welcoming. Accommodations not totally new anymore but very clean and comfortable. We loved it and would come back!'

'Hotel arranged our shuttle, taxi and tours, gave good advice on planning and which tours to take with 2 teenagers. We good check in early, as we had a very early domestic flight and thus no sleep, that was wonderful! Hotel is situated in Goreme center, near restaurants, ATM etc. '
