'Loved this house, so much character and lots of space. Well equipped kitchen and beds very comfortable- air conditioning really helped on the hotter days.Joana was a great host, very quick to respond to any questions and full of info on things to do.We were happy spending whole days at home, with the pool, outdoor and indoor games and balconies to sit out on.Very close to Loulé with lots of shops and restaurants and easy to drive to the coast. 'The property is lovely and the views are spectacular. Easy walk to restaurants and the beach. The only thing to note is that pool access to the gorgeous pool in the pictures is very expensive (200 per day for our family of 5). That needs to be highlighted. '

'We have just returned from a week at the villa. We went as a family of 8 with children/adults from 16 years. The owner contacted me as soon as I’d booked and helped me with any initial queries which put my mind at rest. As we’d arrived on an early flight we were able to drop our bags at the villa before we spent the first day exploring the harbour.The agent was in touch from the moment we booked and whilst there helped with queries efficiently.The villa was perfect! 'We booked a whole month out of season and had a wonderful time! The villa is large, spacious and very clean. The fact that even my wife thought it was clean says a lot! :-) We enjoyed using the heated pool and the bath tub(s). Also the upper terrace has loads of sunshine which we loved. The beds are also very comfortable, we only needed to get used to the beds being singles but that is a personal preference. There are also tennis courts very close which is especially great if you love playing...

'Good sized villa, with lots of rooms and space for big groups. A little disappointed that the pool was not heated. Besides of that it was a pity that weather conditions were not that good. But overall we had pleasant vacation.'

'Lovely villa with a lot of space for the whole family. Nice terrace with a pool which a large enough to have fun for the kids and to jump in for a quick refreshment. Even if you decide to stay at the villa Folly for a day just to read your book or doing nothing at all you'll feel energised at the end of the day. All equipment worked very well. Large kitchen to prepare meals. Lovely walk through the golf area of 20 minutes to go to the beach.'

'The Villa is perfectly proportioned, rooms are a good size, bathrooms and kitchen modern and lunge/main bedrooms have AC. Everywhere was clean and tidy. The BBQ area is well positioned adjacent to the kitchen and pool and the pool itself is clean and warm. Nice garden and furniture to sit on around the pool and privacy all around the Villa. Great location near the old village - 5 mins walk away, or quick 7 mins drive into Vilamoura centre. The Villa had everything we needed and has good security...

'We have just returned from a fantastic 10 night stay in Villa Verde. The pictures do not do this beautiful home justice. The location is perfect and within 10 minute walk from Old Village or just a short uber ride from the Marina. The villa is much bigger than the pictures depict and was well equipped with everything we needed. The pool and garden area is spectacular and we spent many days lazing around the pool and dining outdoors. It’s extremely private and it really does offer a relaxing...

"Heerlijk rustig, vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers en gemoedelijk klein. Door de ligging, 40 min lopen naar het strand en 10 km van het centrum van loule is eigen vervoer wel fijn. Hoewel de hotelbus 4x per dag eeb goede oplossing is naar het strand en de ueber betaalbaar. Wij hebben genoten."

"Mooi hotel op zeer goede, rustige locatie met voldoende parkeermogelijkheden. Het personeel is enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Tijdens het verblijf werd er regelmatig gevraagd of alles nog naar wens was en of men kon helpen met iets. De kamers zijn zeer ruim en voorzien van alle comfort en extraatjes. Het ontbijtbuffet is enorm uitgebreid, nog nooit gezien. Het domein werd prachtig aangelegd, de tuinen zijn zeer verzorgd en je hebt keuze uit verschillende restaurants en bars. Vermits wij er rond de jaarwisseling waren, was er 1 zwembad verwarmd waar dagelijks een behoorlijk aantal mensen (vooral kinderen) in zwommen. Het hotel heeft ook een eigen kinderclub. Voor mensen die het graag rustig hebben, kunnen we meedelen dat we op geen enkel moment enige ergernis hebben ondervonden van lawaai of dergelijke. Van de spa hebben we geen gebruik gemaakt. En als ik 1 klein puntje van kritiek mag geven, is dat het 4-gangendiner met oudjaar best prijzig was en het naar onze mening die prijs niet waard was. Verder alles top in orde! Een echte aanrader!"

"De prachtige plek, een fijne kamer met heerlijke bedden. Eigenlijk alles. Het enige minpunt is het zwembad, iedereen legt zijn handdoek op een bedje en gaat weer weg, je wilt daar niet aan mee doen maar wordt er bijna toe gedwongen omdat er geen ligbed meer te krijgen is."
