This tradition villa is located on the hillside in Picota Loulé. It has been remodelled to modern standards, without loosing it's traditional touch and offers calmness, comfort and above all absolutely stunning panoramic views over the landscape around Vilamoura and Albufeira towards the ocean.

Villa Saragoça has 2 double bedrooms (180x200) of which one en-suite and the other with a large hillside window to fully enjou the view. Another two twin bedrooms (90x200) make 4 rooms in total. All rooms are spacious with comfortable box spring beds and modern airconditioning. The living room is equipped with airconditioning as well. They can all be reversed for heating. The fully equipped kitchen is kept in traditional style but offers all the comforts you might desire with a gas stove with oven, large fridge and dishwasher. Both bathrooms have heating and large walk in showers with rainshower heads. The laundry room comes with washer and dryer.

## Neighborhood

Villa located in the central algarve region (site of picota - loulé) 25 minutes from the airport. Located exactly in the direction of vilamoura marina, it is 10 minutes away from the beaches of vilamoura and albufeira, the whole tourist area and other more, with beautiful views of the algarve coast and hinterland, all this very special location, 1,150 feet (about 350 m) high, with privacy and tranquility, where you can enjoy the best of your holiday in contact with nature, countryside.

## Transit

Access to the best beaches of the Algarve: Quarteira/Vilamoura, Albufeira, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, all of them 12-20 minutes away; for golfers it is just 12 minutes to the best golf courses of the Algarve.

The nearest town, 7 minutes away, is Loulé with all kinds of services, health clinics, chemists, traditional shops, supermarkets, restaurants, historical monuments, bars and all amenities.
