The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals simple, with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, while the open-plan living area offers comfortable seating, a dining table for eight guests, Wi-Fi internet, TV and a fireplace for cosy evenings together. For your convenience, the house is equipped with a washing machine. Downstairs, the lower-ground floor provides a dedicated leisure area with a pool table, an additional TV, and plenty of space to relax with family and friends.

- Groups aged 25 or under may be subject to a refundable security deposit.

- Quiet hours are mandatory from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

- Events, pets, and unauthorised additional guests are not permitted.

- Moving furniture or equipment is not allowed.

- Excessive rubbish must not be left.

- Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.

- Prior identification of all guests is mandatory to comply with legal requirements.

- Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges, payable on-site.
