Our historic yet modern 6 bedroom, spacious three-story Victorian home, sleeps 16+ (14 bed options)! We're centrally located to all of Louisville's top spots. We have excellent reviews & we will continue to provide top-tier service! Three private parking spaces! Private furnished backyard with grill!

You will love our spacious 3,000+ square ft, three-story Victorian home! We offer; fully equipped kitchen, Washer & Dryers, WiFi, 6 TVs (w/Direct-TV), ex-large furnished backyard with grill, and three private parking space! This is an amazing home and a great opportunity to stay near all of Louisville's top spots! For a one-day or event rentals there are additional fees.

This was a great house for a bunch of coworkers as we worked a show at the Kentucky Expo Center. Plenty of space and lots of beds. Our biggest challenge was parking for multiple vehicles.

The first place we were booked became unavailable about a week before arrival. The host asked if we were interested in another place they had. We felt like at that point we didn't have any other options. The place we stayed at was very disappointing. It was basically falling down. The air conditioners didn't work well. The beds were matrasses on wooden frames. No box springs. The kitchen was upstairs and the kitchen table was downstairs.

The house definitely suited our needs. The rooms were spacious which was perfect for our large family. I would suggest a deep clean for the house as it's definitely overdue.

Very relaxing

We had a great time here . It's an old Victorian with room for plenty of people, without being on top of each other. The outdoor patio was very comfortable and relaxing , especially the out door fireplace. I would definitely stay here again.

Louisville Weekend Trip

We had a great stay at this property in Old Louisville. The house was just as advertised with plenty of sleeping accommodations for our group. Property owner was very helpful and the instructions were clear on check in/ check out procedures. We had a great trip to Louisville and would recommend this property to anyone!

Four of us spent a long weekend there for golf and bourbon... Enjoyed the location (an $8 Uber ride to Fourth Street or Whiskey row) and the owner was very nice. Although it does have the charm of an old Victorian house, it could benefit from a bit of an update...

Beautiful House With Plenty of Space

My large group stayed here for a bachelor party and had an amazing time. Plenty of beds and outdoor space, so I would definitely say groups of 14-18 could fit here comfortably. Neighbors are very friendly, too! Even though there didn't seem to be much for us to do that was within walking distance of the house, a few people in our group were runners who really loved running through Old Louisville. Thanks to our wonderful hosts for a memorable Louisville experience!

Amazing location and owners!

This was my first Derby experience and it went off without a hitch. The only way that was made possible was because of the first rate house we stayed at and the owners that were nothing short of amazing! We had a fairly big group, 16 to be exact, and not once did we ever feel cramped or thought that the place was too small. Slept comfortably as well! Would definitely recommend this place and owner to anyone coming down to Louisville and I will absolutely be staying with them again in the future!

Lots of room and great location

We had 13 people stay here for a short weekend bachelor/bachelorette party. We loved how close it was to downtown (we took Uber for super cheap) and we loved the patio outside. The property manager was super helpful too! Will definitely keep this place in mind for our next trip!

Awesome house.. Great management... great bonding time

We were in town for a robotics tournament being held at the convention center (between the airport and the house). The house was lovely, clean, attractive, versatile, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our diverse group. The commute to the convention center was easy, 15 mins if the traffic was heavy, 10 mins if not. The leftover food policy (if it's unopened and unexpired, then leave it, rather than throw it out) was excellent. It meant I didn't need to buy Mayo and Mustard for sandwiches, nor bay leaf and cumin, then throw them away 4 days later. LOVED that!!! Best food policy of any of the houses we've rented. Downtown and the YMCA are about 1 mile away. All in all, a great place. Nothing bad to say at all!!

This was my first time using VRBO/HomeAway and I was a little hesitant to do so but after my recent trip to Louisville I will be doing it much more often. Glenda and her daughter, Faith, could not have been more accommodating. They were very easy to reach if any of our party needed any assistance. My trip was for my brother's bachelor party and 14 of his closest friends. This house had more than enough space to hang out and get cleaned up before heading out for the evening and adequate sleeping space, as well. Awesome Stay, Awesome Home Owner!!

I had a great experience staying at this location. As a first time VRBO user, I definitely will become a frequent user after this experience. And I definitely will stay at this home again, if I am ever back in Louisville. The homeowner was very nice and helpful, along with, her daughter. They were very prompt in answering all my questions and responding to my requests.

Gorgeous house, beautifully restored with all modern ameneities and good location

When we arrived at the house everything was clean and ready for us. The beds were very comfortable and linens fresh. The house was well maintained, clean and well stocked with small items I did not expect. A variety of coffee, condiments, some food items and a variety of beer were stocked in the refrigerator and free of charge. The owner answered questions promptly and was incredibly helpful. She allowed us to have a late check out, which helped so much, allowing all 10 people staying time to eat breakfast and shower before we left. I would recommend this owner and property to friends and family. The backyard was a wonderful addition to the common areas of the house, as we had a couple smokers with us. There is a small patio and several chairs and benches to relax on.

Very nice historic home in Louisville.

We had a great stay at this property. There are a few large bedrooms and the attic has 4 beds and 2 recliners, so you can sleep a lot very comfortably. The property owner was great to work with and very responsive. They have a keypad on the door which makes it very easy for everyone to come and go. Only small thing was that the neighborhood wasn't the best, but we didn't know much about Louisville before our stay. However, easy uber rides to downtown and some of the other cool bar/restaurant areas. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend the property.
