* Pets:** Welcome with associated pet fees ($300 for 1st pet, $250 for 2nd pet provided both pets max 50lbs in weight and house-trained)

Before departure, we kindly ask guests to gather used towels, dispose of trash, turn things off, secure the property, and strip the sheets from used beds while leaving all bedding in its respective bedroom.

*Cancellation Policy: Please be aware that a strict cancellation policy is in effect for bookings during the Kentucky Derby and Bourbon & Beyond festival dates.

*No visitors unless pre-approved by the host.

*Exterior cameras only (parking area & front door). No interior or backyard cameras.

*Dome use: Not recommended during hot summer months.

*No early check-in / late check-out on same-day turnovers.

*When available: $100 (≤2 hrs), $250 (2–4 hrs), full night rate (>4 hrs).

*Optional Concierge Services: Enhance your stay with our optional services, including grocery pre-stocking, a private chef experience, or custom-chauffeured Bourbon Trail tours.

*House-trained pets are welcomed. We do charge $300 for 1st pet and $250 for the 2nd pet. (max 2 pets, 50lbs max weight limit each).
