I've stayed at this property probably 6 times now. I will always come back when I am in town for work. I love that the location is close to downtown but also feels miles away in the countryside. Its a beautiful area, close to so many attractions, and the hosts are fantastic. The master bed is the best nights sleep! Cant wait to be back again!

This was our second long-term rental at this wonderful remodeled and updated house tucked away in a beautiful, secluded neighborhood. Everything was just as we left it almost a year ago, thankfully, because that 30-day stay was perfect! The property description is 100% accurate and even downplays the amenities and features, including special decorating touches that truly make it feel like a home away from home. Owner Matthew was again welcoming and super responsive. He has a gift for professional hospitality! We feel like friends, and hope to return again soon when we visit our family in Louisville.

We stayed in the area for the Bourbon & Beyond music festival and found “Hummingbird” for our stay. The home is welcoming, clean, comfy and has every amenity you would need and want! Hummingbird was our first Vrbo rental. It was a truly wonderful experience, exactly as described and even better in many ways. For thirty days we lived in this beautiful, wooded and quiet neighborhood, explored the area and learned more about what it means to be "Louisvillians". Our hosts were the best, always there and ready to assist with anything we needed. After just a short while we felt more like neighbors than guests! We really hated to leave but will look forward to the next chance we have to visit again from Tucson - it's a perfect way to escape the desert in summer.
