Excellent experience

This is the third year our group of friends spent New Year’s Eve together at a vacation rental. The place was as described and pictured, very clean, and pretty. The decorated Christmas tree gave it an extra homey feeling. Firehouse Inn is by far our favorite location. We loved the story of the place and the tribute it pays to the firefighters in the family. We will be back.

Wonderful rental, wonderful location

Great place to stay with everything that you could possibly need at a great location close to town but also the State Park... Love the foosball table and recreation room downstairs... Wonderful place to stay for a relaxing family weekend!

Character and Charm Abound

Several long-time friends and I stayed at this property for a girls' weekend. The house is beautiful, and we loved the firefighter-themed decor, which abounds throughout. The house is very comfortable and can accommodate several people. We enjoyed the outdoor firepit and outdoor dining area. The property is very close to activities and hiking. I would highly recommend this property for both family and adult-only getaways.

Firehouse

The house is in a great location- close to Mohican State Park and a short walk into town. The house was well stocked with everything you need. The upstairs bathroom is just a tub, so be aware of that. The only shower is downstairs. One of the bedrooms is right next to the kitchen and dining room, so best to put an early riser in that room. Another chair or sofa would be great for the living room, but we just brought chairs in from another room to seat everyone. The outside fire pit is very nice and we enjoyed it 2 nights. Overall, we would recommend this house if you are wanting to enjoy Mohican State Park and the surrounding area. One other thing, the gas stove needs some maintenance or repairs as it some of the burners werent functioning properly.

❤️ FIREHOUSE INN

We loved our week long stay in Amish Country. The FireHouse Inn Is fabulous! We were able to enjoy the house very much. It is fully equipped with anything and everything any family could want. We especially enjoyed our evenings sitting outside grilling or relishing the quiet evening time.

Family Weekend Getaway

We had a great time here. The house is beautiful and had plenty of space for all 11 of us. The grandkids really enjoyed the basketball hoop and the basement area, while the adults sat around the fire pit. The hosts are very quick to reply to texts and are easy to work with. Would definitely rent again if we are ever in the area.
