'Miscommunication regarding price and check in process. I was given a number to call to add a guest and the phone number didn’t work. The check in staff wasn’t helpful and I was given different quotes and no one could give me a straight answer.It took 2 days to fix a broken A/C in 2 of the rooms. Keep in mind it’s Cabo and it’s 90 degrees. I kept on getting the runaround with times it would be fixed. Our resort app wasn’t working or linking to our reservation. 'We have stayed at Montecristo multiple times and the entire property never disappoints. Our villas was spotlessly clean upon arrival and throughout our visit the housekeeping team would stop by daily to see if we needed any services. Being in walking distance to the Quivera Marketplace and Pueblo Bonito at Sunset Beach. All in all an amazing experience '
