The Setting

From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel the calm of this tucked-away property. The large front and back porches are made for morning coffee, afternoon naps, and evenings around the fire. Rocking chairs and outdoor seating invite you to slow down, listen to the frogs, spot birds overhead, and enjoy the expansive yard that feels like your own private nature preserve.

You’ll find all the essentials, including modern appliances, cookware, utensils, a coffee maker, and basic pantry items. All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions.

As part of our commitment to protecting both our guests and our properties, we require all guests to complete a Guest Rental Agreement and submit either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable insurance waiver. This policy helps ensure peace of mind for everyone—covering accidental damages and helping us maintain the quality and comfort of the home for future guests.
