The holiday home in Lopar on the island of Rab is idyllically situated in Kvarner Bay, only approximately 500 m from the sandy beach. Six apartments for 3–6 persons are let in the complex. Each apartment has WiFi, SAT-TV, a kitchen, a private bathroom and in some cases air conditioning and sea views. Pets are welcome in one apartment.



Guests have access to a spacious garden with sun terrace, a garden terrace, barbecue facilities and a shared washing machine. Bed linen and towels are included.



The apartments consist of a bedroom, living and dining area, a furnished terrace or balcony with sea views and a bathroom with bathtub. Each accommodation offers two parking spaces directly at the property.



The surrounding area is suitable for beach and family holidays as well as active leisure activities such as water sports, boat trips, sailing, diving, snorkelling, cycling, beach volleyball, tennis or excursions to places of interest. Restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and further infrastructure are within walking distance.



Included in the price are registration and deregistration fee, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, WiFi, kitchen towels, air conditioning, final cleaning and local tax. Additional costs apply for pets and the use of the shared washing machine.
