You will first be charmed by its sandy garden with a beach atmosphere, where you will find an awning and a terrace for your outdoor meals around the barbecue, as well as a beautiful 30 m² terrace with its retractable awning, to enjoy the sun or cool shade.

In the large living space you will find the kitchen, spacious and practical with its central island, for preparing good meals for several people. You will find an induction hob, an oven, a large American fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. For breakfast, a kettle, a filter coffee maker, a toaster and a Nespresso capsule machine are at your disposal.



You can sit around the large wooden table, both rustic and contemporary, to savour the fruits of your culinary efforts.

A comfortable TV lounge with its large corner sofa and soft armchair awaits you to relax in front of a good film, get excited during sporting events or gather around a board game.



On the sleeping side, you will first discover a beautiful master suite with a Queen Size bed (160/200) and a private bathroom with shower and access to the terrace. The "blue" bedroom also offers a Queen Size bed and access to the garden. The "ochre" bedroom has a double bed, and the "sky blue" bedroom has two single beds.

A second bathroom with a large shower and two sinks, as well as a separate WC, complete the property.



For added comfort, you will also find a laundry room with a washing machine, hairdryer, four parking spaces on the plot and a private entrance.
