Was able to procure a last minute reservation for me and my daughter so we could check up on some family nearby. Matt was very accommodating, responsive and kind. We only used the king sized bed in the master which was very comfortable and clean. We didn't really use the kitchen other than the Keurig and there were pods/creamer provided - a nice touch. I noticed lots of extra towels and bedding in the closets which is nice in the event you need to change the sheets during your stay. The property is easy to find, spacious, clean & has great internet. There is a pool in the complex but we didn't use it and beach access is a mile down the road. It is about 15 minutes to St. Armands and 20 minutes to Anna Maria so great location. I would definitely stay there again.

My daughter and I stayed on Longboat key for a long weekend to attend a sporting event. The condo was perfect and had tons of space. The location was great across from the beach. The condo was clean and check in was super easy. The owner (Matt) always responded quickly with any questions I had. We will definitely return!

Nice grounds and property. Having the garage was great. The condo was spacious and it was convenient having the washer and dryer on the second floor with the bedrooms. The owners were wonderful to work with and quick to address a couple of concerns upon checking in.

I cannot express how happy I was when I walked in the door to this place. Not only was it super clean, the location of it on longboat key was amazing! It is within walking distance of a little shopping plaza and within driving distance of Anna Maria without having to drive more than 10 minutes. Overall this is the best rental on this app (in my opinion) and I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is planning on visiting florida.

We loved our stay at Matt & Nicoleā€™s property! The townhome is spacious and comfortable for large families. Well stocked with just about anything you could think of needing while your on your vacation. Only minutes away to beach, grocery, shopping and restaurants. We felt at home while staying here. Quiet neighborhood too. We will definitely be coming back to stay at the perfectly located property

This townhouse was spotless and very spacious ā€” it was a very relaxing space with comfortable beds, refreshing air conditioning and attractive decor. We were visiting family in Long Boat Key and this location gave us the opportunity to be close by and enjoy the local restaurants.

Pictures are deceiving. They definitely staged the property for the photos. Some of the furniture is different (i.e. not as nice). Master bedroom has a blue, tattered, dirty bedspread and stained bedskirt. No window covering in either of the showers (and the windows were dirty--not a very pleasing thing to look at, although your alternatives are either the rusted light fixture above your head or the plastic shower curtain in the master bath that doesn't have enough hooks for the amount of grommets). Two of the toilets barely flush, the second upstairs shower fixture is very cheap and leaks the entire time it's on. Musty smell under the sinks, dirty sponge to wash dishes with. The kitchen drawers were also dirty and the utensils had to be washed prior to use, potholders were stained with food on them, the inside of the outdoor garbage can had trash baked into it, etc. Sofa was dirty, stained, and smelled old/musty--same with the extra blankets. The floors had seemingly not been swept before our arrival. Only 3 washcloths and 2 hand towels for a 3-night stay for 2 people. They say that you can start a load of towels but there's no detergent. They don't even provide a real Keurig, just a cheap imitation to go along with the Great Value brand accoutrements. Also, the condos are all very close together. You essentially are just in a parking lot with condos shoulder-to-shoulder. Very disappointing experience--definitely expected more from a "premier host." I am now forever turned off of Vrbo.

We booked this property in April for a spring break vacation and it was perfect! Conveniently located, enough space for my family of four to spread out and relax! Beautiful unit - Matt & Nicole are very responsive and the unit had every convenience. The beaches are a short drive away. We loved the nature path thru the mangroves to the bay. There is a 42 acre preserve a short block away. We enjoyed are time there!

This is a great condo located near the beach, great restaurants, parks and shopping. Everything needed for a beach getaway is provided. Matt was quite responsive to the one or two minor problems that arose. One of the most interesting things there is the Murphy bed in the living room which provided extra sleeping accommodations for guests and was very comfortable. Weā€™re already booked for next year!

Super clean and comfortable. Nice, friendly condo complex. Owners were accommodating and welcoming. A previous reviewer may have not been familiar with beach access limitations so I want to encourage future renters- I have stayed on LBK multiple times and have some advice for guests that may be new to staying in the area- beach access on LBK is limited if the properties are not oceanfront- so plan to walk a bit or drive to the beach from this condo- it is so very worth the effort! The beaches are clean, uncrowded and beautiful!

Literally didn't need to bring anything but our clothes. They had everything we could possibly need for a vacation at the condo. Very spacious and clean. The walk to the beach wasn't that bad, you can get there in less than 5 minutes. Once you make it to the beach, it's beautiful! I would 100% book again with Matt & Nicole. Communication with them was awesome!

We loved our stay at Cedars East! The space is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. The pool is nice and a beautiful short walk across the boardwalk to get there. I would say the beach is a bit longer than a short walk. It is about a mile or so down the way. Matt and Nicole were great to work with and had so many things available for us to use (pack and play, high chair, beach chairs, etc .)! A great stay!

The property was as advertised! Pictures were accurate. Cedars East in Longboat Key was a great location for beaches, dining experiences, and they had a perfect pool for lap swimming. Matt and Nicole were easy to get in touch with and responsive to any of our needs which were very little. Highly recommend this for vacations or snow birds!!
