Hôtel Lacs Émeraude, Long Pond

« Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The hotel is dated and needs significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. Our room was on the third floor with no elevator. Imagine having to drag luggage, food, and other belongings up three flights of stairs and make multiple trips. It was extremely inconvenient. When we requested additional clean towels and bed linens, we were told to call the front desk because the staff member didn’t carry any. We called...

« Only thing good was the view out the window and the food at the bar. VERY VERY outdated hotel. Not sure how they are still in business. »

« Variety of breakfast. Clean and big room. Have a nice space for parking. We went to a restaurant that was recommended by staff and it was amazing. Only one tiny thing : the room is a bit dim for my liking even when I turned on the lamps. »

« Rooms had a kitchen save money on eating in »

« Nice property. »

« Wonderful find in a perfect location in the Poconos. »

« Did not appreciate additonal fees. Spent 1500 for 2 nights. Ridiculous and not worth it »

« The rooms had a horrible smell. And when we turned the heat on it smelled like straight fire. The rooms were gross and old! We tried to shorten our trip, but they told us it would actually cost us more to leave early than it would be to stay there. It would have cost us $355 the entire stay. But if we wanted to shorten the trip, it would cost us four hundred dollars?! What?! »

« Very cool little place. Stayed in a “motel” style room with a king bed. The bed was nice and the room was very big. It was clean and well maintained. They have cabins which looked very cute. The whole complex is very nice. »
