'Filthy disgusting rooms terrible condition walls dirty ceiling falling apart bathtub not cleaned sink stuffed up toilet sitting it rocks. When complained to staff all they said what do you expect. I took pictures of the room I have never had to stay in a discusting room like this. Said no refunds.'

'If you are looking for a clean, comfortable value for a night, this is the place. I didn't realize the room doors were on the exterior of the building. That's a bit of a safety issue for me personally, but it also makes it a bit noisy. You can hear casual conversation on the sidewalk and cars right outside the door. A white noise app on my phone took care of that. The staff was very nice. No hot breakfast like eggs and bacon. The only thing hot was waffles and anything you toasted. '

'Gym was nice for early morning workout. Large rooms with comfortable king size beds. Breakfast buffet with waffles, eggs, bacon, scones, cereal, juices, toast. Great location to Lake Norman off I-77. '

'Got there and there was NO parking they sent me the the swan and I had to walk back to the dolphin and charged me 40.00 per night for the privilege. Paid for upgrade to better view, bottom floor way the hell and gone from main building. Will never stay there again. Have stayed several times in the past. But no more. '
