« We really enjoyed our stay at the Wolf Den. It was true to the listing, and well appointed. Our swim in the lake was memorable, though it was a bit of a hike down to the water. The hosts were very friendly, introducing us to their dog, Peaches, and rescue parrot, Woody, pulling out swimming floaties for us, and offering a lot of interesting information about the property. Thanks for the wonderful stay! »

« We had a great family vacation! The lake was wonderful for the kids to swim and explore, kayaking was fun on the calm water. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. The little kids enjoyed the swings and playing games in the yard. Everyone fell in love with the duck that visited every day for treats! Fishing...well...that wasn't so good but it was relaxing. « Beautiful lake, cabin was semi-clean, needs a deep clean. Cabin has a strong, musty mothballs smell( not pleasant in my opinion). For the price that we paid per night, I felt that firewood should be included. We had some cold, rainy days and the inside electric fire sound like it was going to blow up so we had to turn the stove on to warm up the place. Barbeque that they provided was not in good repair and was full of cigarette butts. »

« It wasnt what we expected. Not ALL the rooms are renovated. Our room was dusty and smelled funny. The carpet was from the 70's and the curtains smelled cigarette. We had to sleep with windows open to make sure we would sleep properly. The bed was ok and the bathroom was clean at least. Service was fast and friendly and breakfast was ok. I would only recommand this place if you are on a budget and or/ Not allergic to dust. »
