There is no air conditioning. The food at the restaurant is very good. You can catch a bus right by the hotel to go downtown, and the Oxford Tube as well. This hotel is good value for the money.

The rooms were a little tired and the bed was super lumpy but overall it was a reasonably priced hotel right next to Westfield in Shepherd’s Bush. We had a room at the back so it was nice and quiet. Can’t really complain. The chap at the check in desk was super friendly as well.

Das Hotel ist leider ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen, weshalb die Sanitär Einrichtungen nicht mehr gut aussehen. Bei Regen war das Getröpfel sehr laut und hat einen, wenn man ein Leichtschläfer ist, leider wachgehalten. Für ein Hiltonhotel, dass unteranderem 4 Sterne hat, bin ich normalerweise mehr gewohnt. Das Personal war aber sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

The hotel was ideal for accessing the underground in a short walking distance. The hotel staff were friendly. The room was clean, bed very comfortable. The only downside was the bathroom. Very small and the showers water pressure was lacking and the shower head and hose suffered from leaking water.

Hotel room was tired in need of renovation we stayed in room 1110. There was no shower gel but instead we had two shampoos and an empty bottle of conditioner in the shower. The water was running all night in the toilet which meant we were kept awake all night and the lid of the cistern had a big crack in it. Next to the fire detector the was a panel of wires with no cover which is dangerous we reported it and spoke to the duty manager and the maintenance team came and added a cover but surely this should have been noticed before any one stayed in the room. There desk chair also in the room has seen better days and needs replacing. Happy to share the photos and videos that we have. The stay easy value for money due to the room

Overall an entirely outdated hotel. Bathtubs were so unusually deep it was unsafe and difficult getting in and out. I almost fell a few comes.

가성비 좋은 힐튼 호텔
런던의 힐튼 중 가장 저렴했던 것 같아요. 아마 시설이 오래되어서 그런 것 같은데, 저는 상관없었어요. 저렴하게 좋은 서비스를 이용할 수 있으니까요. 지하철역이나 버스정거장과도 가까웠고, 아늑했어요. 다만 마지막날 새벽3시에 긴급알람이 울려서 1층으로 대피하는 소동이 있었어요. 다행히 별일 아닌 일이었는데, 그 상황에 대해서 객실 손님에게 설명을 잘해주셨으면 하는 아쉬움이 남습니다.
