Spacious modern villa with jacuzzi close to beach

Newly built (from 2017) modern home. One floor with high ceiling (4.5m) and roof windows in the middle. Two separate living quarters on each side of the main room; one for adults/parents with a guest room and main bath room, and one part with playing room and two kids' rooms.

Fully equipped kitchen with large induction stove, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, wine fridge, microware (with steam) and oven. Laundry- and drying machines in separate laundry room, large fireplace, home cinema and outdoor hot tub. Large backyard with climbing wall, jumping mattress, cable way for kids and round/over ground swimming pool. The garden is equipped with outdoor furniture, a table for 6 (can be further expanded) and a lounge area in the pergola with a sofa and two arm chairs. Also included is a larger "sun chair" with retractable roof. There is a large grill (gas) and lots of outdoor toys.

Bikes for kids, two city bikes for adults, kick bikes and other equipment.

You will have access to the entire property/house, as shown in the pictures and description.

Lomma is near the sea and has wonderful beaches and a harbor with restaurants and cafés. Malmö is accessible by train (10 min walk from the house) and from there you can reach Copenhagen (also by train - usually the same train that goes to Malmö from Lomma).

A very nice place to walking around in and explore, 15 min by bike from the house, is the Alnarp Park which houses the "Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences". This is a beautiful park that has around 2,500 different tree and shrub species from every continent and is one of the most biodiverse parks in Sweden.

There are several playing grounds for children within walking distance from the house. One is only 200m from the house and another (larger one) is 1km from the house.
