A second separate annex includes a bedroom with a double bed, a single bed (with the possibility of adding a second), and a shower room with a toilet. A laundry room at the rear of both annexes includes a washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, and freezer. There is also a room with a ping-pong table and bicycle storage. A griddle and barbecue are provided. Garden furniture includes tables, chairs, sun loungers, and a parasol. The garden is fully walled and covers 1700 m². Vehicles can be parked on the same street at number 37 (going towards the port, enclosed area). A shared tennis court is accessible in the village.
