Nearby are restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, supermarkets, and all essential services. Boat trips to Tavolara Island, famous for its crystal-clear waters ideal for snorkeling, depart from the marina. Porto San Paolo is about 15 minutes by car from Olbia, the airport, and the port, making it an excellent base to explore the Costa Smeralda, San Teodoro, and Gallura.

Inside, the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom, a room with two single beds, and a single bedroom, ideal for families or groups of friends. The living area features a bright lounge with direct access to the terrace and the pool, perfect for relaxing and socializing.

The villa also has two bathrooms with showers and a fully equipped kitchen, with everything needed to prepare meals independently. The interiors are carefully designed and functional, combining modern comfort with a homely atmosphere, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay.
