LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This newly constructed modern home is in the middle of it all! Whether you are a sports enthusiast or a person that is looking for a little R & R, Bear Lake Escapes is your vacation destination! Our location in the center of Garden City is 18 minutes to skiing at Beaver Mountain Ski Resort and within minutes of 500 miles of snow machine and ATV trails in the Cache National Forest, a 52-mile paved bicycle path and 55 miles of mountain bike trails, 3 minutes to Bear Lake State Marina for water sports and beach time and 15 minutes to 2 different golf courses! We are within walking distance to restaurants, unique boutiques and gift shops, grocery stores, spa, coffee shops, Renegade Racetrack, and Heritage Park (location of the famous Raspberry Days celebration, outdoor concerts and fishing pond). Enjoy all of these things during the day and then enjoy a famous raspberry shake in the evening!

Situated across the street from the library and new Pickle Ball courts. Lazy Daze & Lake Waves at Bear Lake Escapes is a nicely appointed, clean and beautiful townhome home that has top of the line amenities, spacious living space and a fully stocked kitchen making this home the perfect place for your vacation. Each of the 3 bedrooms are spacious and furnished with top-of-the-line furniture and bedding which enables you to go out and play hard during the day, then come home relax and get a good night's rest.

Parking is always an issue in Bear Lake, but you will have plenty of space to park vehicles here! You'll have your own private 2 car garage, with 2 designated spots in the driveway. There is also an overflow parking lot nearby to park any extra vehicles or recreational toys you may bring.

We know that it is important to know that everyone in your party will have a place to sleep. For your convenience in planning, here is the bed arrangement in each of the rooms:
Master Bedroom: two queen beds (sleeps 4)
Upstairs Bedroom 1: one queen bed (sleeps 2)
Upstairs Bedroom 2: two sets of full-over-queen bunk beds (sleeps 8)
Living Room: Pull out couch bed (sleeps 2)

One of the unique benefits of this property is the ease of renting adjacent units. There are a total of 16 almost identical units in this development and we manage all of them. If you have a large group who wants to stay close together, please reach out to us as we can often accommodate large groups!

Bear Lake Escapes 273

The townhome was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage, the corn hole game, and the games in the pantry. It was nice having a washer and dryer available. It was close to the beach, restaurants and a grocery store. We were here during “Raspberry Days,” which added to the fun.

Beautiful Home for a relaxing stay!

Our family loved staying at this townhome during our fall break. It was beautiful and had fun games that the kids enjoyed playing. It was close to many yummy places to eat and get coffee as well as beautiful morning sunrise views!

Great stay but bunk room was HOT

The home was clean and as described. However, the bunk room was extremely hot- at least 10-15 degrees hotter than the other 2 rooms upstairs. Even with the vent open and other vents closed it stayed unbearable all night. It was difficult for the 8 of us to sleep in an already hot room.

Great Convenient Location

This condo is perfectly situated. We ate at La Beau’s, Zipz, and Summit Pizza nearby and it was just a short drive to the grocery store. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. We recommend whoever stays after us to set the dishwasher settings to Heavy and Heated Dry to get the dishes clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this condo!

The condo was very spacious and clean. The location was perfect for the Bear Lake Trifecta event. It was within walking distance of shops snd restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again. I’d highly recommend this location. I’d also recommend the Spa in town. Thanks for a great stay!

Bear Lake Townhouse

Location was perfect! Super close to all the restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop, and Marina. However, bring your own pillows and hair dryer. The pillows were sadly, absolutely terrible. Very thin and lumpy and there is no hair dryer to use.

Perfect family getaway.

We had a wonderful time. Was stocked with everything we needed and was the perfect place for our family to come enjoy a quick getaway and beautiful Bear Lake. Would totally stay again. We had a nice few days staying here. Place was great for our family—a good home base to sleep at while playing on the lake all day. Close to the marina and the garden city restaurants, which was nice. Property owner was very responsive and the place was nice and clean.

Beautiful townhome, great location!

This townhome was beautiful. Very clean and new! It is within a few minutes walking distance to a ton of places to eat, a grocery store, gas station and the few boutiques they have here. It's close to the city park too. The beds are very comfortable and their sheets are soft! Tons of pillows, super soft blankets and good towels! I definitely am going to book here again for next year!

Quick get away

We had a few days to get away and wanted to be close to a lake. Never been to Bear lake and it was beautiful. The townhome we stayed at was so nice. Very clean. Everything we needed for cooking was there. Very comfortable beds as well. The only thing I would have changed was a later checkout. I did call the manager and he did let us check out at a later time.

New Property, but Short on Comfort

The condo was nice, but it was missing out on the details. The towels were tiny and scratchy, internet was spotty/poor, it didn't have washer/dryer and no hair dryer or shampoo/conditioner. Again, it's just missing the details that provide an outstanding experience.

Family of 5 for a 2 night stay

When we arrived the door code didn’t work and had to call for them to reset it to get in. This unit was missing a few things that it said was included, it was missing a hair dryer and a washer & dryer. The tv’s were nice and large, but wouldn’t work because of the network connection even though our phones could connect to the WiFi. We called the first night for help and they said they would try to get someone to fix it. Not sure if anyone came to try and fit it because there was no communication after that and it wasn’t working the whole time. Just some smaller issues that wasn’t a big deal; there wasn’t a vacuum, no dust pan with the broom, no kitchen towels so we used lots of paper towels ( they provided), the bunk bed room door wouldn’t shut, there was a fan noise coming from the master bathroom that we couldn’t figure out how to turn off that was different from the normal fan, and one of the closets didn’t have a doorknob. The mattresses are memory foam and were very firm. The listing says up to 14 people, but we ran out of hot water after 3 quick showers. Everything was really clean and new. The kitchen was full of the necessities. Great location in down town Garden City and you could see a little bit of the lake from the windows. Lots of space to sleep people. Very large master bedroom.
