Welcome to The 312 House, your 13-acre modern escape tucked into the beauty of Hocking Hills. Designed for gathering, this spacious retreat balances relaxation and play, making it perfect for family getaways, trips with friends, or a quiet yoga retreat.



Inside, you'll find a modern-Boho vibe with warm creams, natural textures, and cozy sheepskin accents. The main living area is perfect for unwinding, while the lower-level game room offers hours of fun.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire home, all amenities, and the surrounding 13 acres of private land. This includes the hot tub, fire pit, game room, and garage parking. Your privacy is paramount during your stay.

Other Things to Note:

Connectivity: The cabin has reliable Wi-Fi suitable for streaming and browsing. However, due to the beautiful, natural setting, cell phone service can be spotty at times—a great reason to unplug and unwind.

Game Room: Please note that the game room is located in the unfinished part of the basement. It is a clean, functional, and fun space, but the ceiling and some wall areas are exposed.

Security: For your safety and security, there are exterior security cameras located on the property. These are not in any private or interior spaces and do not monitor guest areas like the hot tub or fire pit.

We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their retreat. While we will not be present on the property, we are always available and responsive via the booking platform messenger should you have any questions or need assistance during your stay.
