Charming 300-Year-Old Trullo with Large Private Pool, Garden, Pizza Oven & BBQ

Just outside the charming town of Locorotondo, Trullo Bellavista offers you the chance to stay in a characteristic, 300-year-old South Italian trullo, beautifully renovated to a high standard. The original trullo has been extended with a newly built lamia (stone house), combining authentic charm with modern comfort.

Trullo Bellavista accommodates up to 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower), a cozy living room with smart TV and fireplace, and a dining area. The property is equipped with a washing machine and a fully fitted kitchen including an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Each bedroom has air conditioning.

Outside, you’ll find a large private swimming pool set in a beautifully landscaped 3-hectare garden surrounded by olive trees. The garden and trullo feel like a true paradise — wonderfully peaceful and secluded, yet just a 3-minute drive from the nearest supermarket. The property has its own gated entrance, multiple patios, a wood-fired pizza oven, and a BBQ. There is ample parking on site, and the estate is home to more than 100 olive trees. From the trullo, you can enjoy scenic walks through vineyards and among historic trulli in the surrounding countryside.

Locorotondo is just a 7-minute drive away — a charming historic town with restaurants, bars, and boutiques.
For families, the Zoosafari theme park is only 10 minutes away, offering a perfect day out for children and adults alike.

Trullo Bellavista is ideally located for exploring some of Puglia’s most beautiful towns, such as Martina Franca (15 min), Cisternino (15 min), Ostuni (40 min), and Alberobello (15 min). Several beaches along the Adriatic coast are just a 20-minute drive away.

Picturesque Trullo, enormous pool, great Location!

The surroundings and location: (Locorotondo(10 mins), Alberobello (20 mins), the Adriatic coast(20 mins), Ostuni, Martina Franca), the enormous pool and of course the Trullo itself were all just perfect. It's a perfect base to venture out into puglia, at the same time also very nice to stay a day (or more!) at the Trullo itself and hang around the pool and have a BBQ at night. Thx!

Heerlijke vakantieplek

We hebben genoten in deze mooie Trullo. Heerlijk ruim, landelijke omgeving, van alle gemakken voorzien. Prachtig groot zwembad. Dichtbij grote supermarkt. Ook contact met eigenaren ging soepel en prettig. De ligging is super centraal tussen allerlei bezienswaardigheden. Een echte aanrader!!!

Wat een fijne Trullo!

Wij hebben met een aantal collega's gebruik mogen maken van Trullo Bellavista. Het was een fantastische ervaring. Super mooie ligging. De trullo was goed uitgerust en van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijne bedden en genoeg plekken om te kunnen werken en relaxen. Mooi zwembad. Al met al een hele fijne keuze. Aanrader!

Heerlijke vakantie!

We hebben een heerlijke vakantieweek gehad! Zeer ruime Trulli, schoon, groot zwembad waarin de kinderen en volwassenen zich goed vermaakt hebben. Omgeving is prachtig. De Trulli heeft veel privacy, en toch binnen 5 minuten bij de supermarkt. Ideaal! Communicatie en ontvangst was helemaal prima, kortom, een plekje waar we graag nog eens terugkomen.

An amazing place in Puglia - Great location too

My family and I decided to go to a new location in Italy. I must say that I was very surprised by the beauty of puglia. As I read more and more about the region I fell in love with it. I specifically wanted to go to Alberobello, Ostuni and the caves as castellana, so this was a perfect location as it is centrally located. I traveled with my parents my wife and three young children and the place was perfect. We also liked the fact that all the bedroom doors opened to the inside considering my children are young. Many beautiful rentals in the area had bedroom doors opening to the outside which does not work with young children. When you rent this place you get the whole place to yourself. Decent kitchen, beautiful trulli home with a giant pool. The house is surrounded by gardens and Olive Groves Which block some of the view but you can get a direct view of Locorotondo. It is located Literally about five minutes from locorotondo...that city BTW was amazing in so quiet and serene at night. It seems like each city in the area had a beautiful old city nucleus. We only stay for three nights so we did not explore as much as we would have like to But I feel the place was perfect. It is located about three minutes from shopping center But at the same time he feels very much secluded. It is very private and you will need a car. The host met me in person at the rental and I spoke to them again when we left. Michele was a very nice guy and made sure we had everything we needed. Inside is nice that the beauty is outside by the pool and exploring the surrounding territory. One more recommendation, when we drove out from the rental to go back to the Naples airport we stopped at Matera and I would not miss it and the sassi for the world, Highly recommended

Beautiful place

We enjoyed staying at this fabulous place surrounded with olive trees and well maintained gardens. The trullo house is very nice and the owner has thought of everything that you could need, the host took also care of some supplies at our arrival, which was very thoughtful. The house is nicely situated in a quiet and private place, very close to a well furnished supermarket. Easy to visit are attractions in surrounding area that we visited like safari zoo and the water park. We are definitely tempted to come again and we recommend it to family and friends!

Perfect trullo in ideal location

We enjoyed a fabulous time at this trullo. Family of five (3 young children). The trullo is well stocked, clean, beautifully maintained and traditionally decorated which we loved, it felt very authentic. The pool is an exceptional size and is very very clean. The grounds are stunning, with lovely planting, beautiful vistas and different spots to eat al fresco. This trullo is just a short distance to Locorotondo and various other towns in the area as well as the beautiful beaches (20min drive) which are all worth a visit. We were met on arrival by Tom and Michele, they were very attentive and on hand to answer any questions, which we appreciated. From a practical viewpoint we liked the fact that the trullo is just a 2 min drive from a local shopping centre which made it so easy to stock up. We researched a lot of properties in the valle d'itria before booking our holiday and Trullo Bellavista ticked all the boxes and met all our expectations. We had a fantastic family holiday and would recommend this property and indeed Puglia to anyone looking to experience the true Italy.

Séjour inoubliable!

Nous sommes une famille qui voyagions avec de jeunes enfants et les grands-parents. Nous voulions nous servir de la villa pour visiter les alentours mais aussi pour relaxer et laisser les enfants s’amuser. La maison était parfaite! Absolument sublime, confortable, charmante et bien équipée. La piscine est spectaculaire et il y a plusieurs endroits confortables pour s’installer à l’extérieur. Nous avons visité Matera, Alberobello, Ostuni, les grottes et Pugliano, locorotondo et le transport était toujours très simple et tout de même rapide. Extraordinaire endroit pour vivre une expérience trulli, dans un endroit fantastique. La communication était facile et rapide et nous avons eu des réponses de l’aide sur tout. Merci pour tout!

Fantastic Trullo

We loved this place so much that we returned again after staying here last year. The property and house are large with a lovely swimming pool. It also has a pizza oven. All ac units with great. This is by far the best rental property we have ever had. My friends loved it as well.

Wow villa stay

What a beautiful Villa set in a well designed, beautiful plot of land. We had never tried a holiday self catering in a villa before but now we are hooked. The swimming pool is a real luxury and is larger than expected. There is an outdoor bbq and the pizza oven was fun and easy to use. You will not be disappointed if you choose this as your destination and accommodation.

Gorgeous property

Great stay in a fabulous original (no new additions when renovated in 2007) Trullo house. We were travelling with another couple and the Trullo house was very comfortable. The pool was a highlight, although the weather was a bit cooler than expected. Maria our Host was just amazing. As we were travelling without a car, she took us to the supermarket on the first day to stock up. Also dropped us into Locotorondo for a couple of hours and picked us up. She also organised a local "driver" for us to take us on a couple of day trips to Alberobello and Ostuni. A wonderful stay.

Exceptional villa with stunning pool

We had a wonderful holiday at Trullo Bellavista - it's just beautiful and so spacious for our family of 5 - the photos really don't do it justice. The outside space is so lovely, with lots of seating areas and plenty of shade. The pool is really stunning and much bigger than we expected. We had v hot weather (July 24) so pool and air-con both very much appreciated. Pizza oven and BBQ were both brilliant and easy to use - the villa is very well equipped. Great location, Locorontondo is just lovely, and easy to get to Ostuni / Alberobello / gorgeous caves / beaches etc. The supermarket at the end of the lane was super handy. Good communication and Maria was so helpful! We all had a great holiday - kids loved it just as much as we did. Already thinking about our return visit!

Amazing Trullo Bellavista

Trullo Bellavista is beautifully laid out. Everything you need in a holiday house. Comfortable and clean. Lovely garden space and pool. Very close to a supermarket for supplies. Locorotondo, neighbouring town is very beautiful with some good restaurants.
