'Great location and view, loved having the restaurant/bar downstairs. Had a fun trip. Only thing I didn't love is the check in process was kinda weird with noone to talk to, but it all worked out just fine.'

'The hotel was clean. It had two outdoor sitting areas, plus lots of indoors seating. It had a pool and exercise room which I did not have time to use. The room was bigger than expected with a sitting area and desk, plenty of counterspace, etc. All was good.'

'This is a good hotel if you planning on staying close to Albany or Saratoga Springs. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Their staff are friendly and helpful.'

'The staff is always anxious to help And. The location is excellent. We like the beds and we like the decor. Everything was clean and there’s plenty of parking away from the road for when we traveled by Motorcycle as well. It’s close to restaurants and Main Street and shopping and very easy to get to from the highway and easy access back to the highway when you’re going home.'

'Everything! Not at all what its advertised. Its a ghost motel. I was the only resident for 3 days. Nob and tube wiring, bathroom door showing signs of damand and would not close. The coded door knob that did not always respond, no daily trash pick up or dirty towel pickup. Half the sign was fenced off. Spotty internet access. I got to watch squatters being removed and had to worry about my safety while the squatters stuff lay 50 steps from my door. Owners not on the premises only saw one...

'The room was recently renovated, very spacious and clean! The property looks like it's getting updated still. The staff was helpful in providing directions to the room. We weren't sure about breakfast (which is provided) or checkout. The hot tub is not jetted but was very nice. Sauna didn't look fully setup. There were no towels when we went in the morning. We called for some but didn't get any on time to use the pool. Overall, we were very happy and would still return. It's a convenient...

'I was a huge fan of Brookmere and I will go back. However, I was quite sad to see every trip resulted in more issues than the last. I suspect the hotel is very thinly staffed because the issues stemmed from lack of care rather than poor facilities. e.g. Housekeeping would clean the bathroom but leave all the hair on the floor, repeatedly. The cleaning was very much at eye level only. It was not great to check in to a hotel room and notice other people’s hair on the bathroom floor. The next...
