'The views are excellent- Staff very welcoming and friendly. Rooms very comfortable but warning of some sloping ceilings! Amenities very good - good value for money. Breakfast very good. Good choice menu in the evening but disappointed that apple and blackberry pie not available for 4 nights of our stay! Dog friendly - which is great for dog owners but personally - I wasnt so happy re a couple with 2 big dogs being allowed into the dining room in the evening.'

'Great room, friendly staff and an amazing breakfast. 100% would stay again'

'Fine room, good food, interesting breakfast options. Very friendly staff.'

'Both the town, restaurant, and stay were amazing! Very friendly people!'

'Prima verblijf. Was een grote caravan met alle comfort. Mooie omgeving om te gaan wandelen in Snowdonia.'

'Great location, easy self check in. The whole place was clean and in good condition. Simple self service breakfast with good coffee. If there was one word of warning... if you're a light sleeper bring earplugs. Someone in the next room was an impressive snorer and I didn't have any!'

'Amazing view of mountains from room windows, convenient location to reach Snowdonia, Holyhead and many more places to discover North Wales'

'Very hospitable staff. Delicious food. Very comfortable room; good value for money and perfect for a short break. I would definitely come back.'

'Goede locatie, ruime kamers, gebouw wat oudbollig maar comfortabel hotel. '

'Great stay! Could t fault the accommodation at all! 5 min drive from zip world, host left some extras for us, tea coffee sugar milk bottle of bubbly and some chocolates and shortbread! Excellent touch! Some nice walks nearby weather your a novice or a professional hiker something for everyone! Will definitely stay again! I’d recommend bringing some shopping with you, as the nearest shop is around a 30 minute walk away, however if you don’t mind driving it’s only 5/10 mins down the road to the...

'Lovely property in stunning location with lovely touches-Prosecco, cake, “emergency meal”, etc My only problem was in terms of getting information about access/key. I think this was because I booked through Hotels.com and the property is principally let through Sykes Cottages so I don’t think anyone would have sent me access information if I hadn’t badgered! Once I got the information it was very straightforward.'

'Clean room safe location to park a bike'

'Brilliant rural location, but also close to bus and train stops. The final direction to go down the narrow road that says farm only would be helpful. One bedroom is accessed via the single room, which I didn't pick up from the listing. Comfortable, rural house, very friendly and helpful owners. The beautiful beach is about 40 mins walk. The coast bus is ideal for walking from the neighborouing villages up rivers to see waterfalls, and onto hill moorland.'

'Excellent service, lovely views '

'What else can I say, this place was brilliant. A great place to stay for a family of four. We only stayed 2 nights but has everything you need. We will definitely stay again and for longer.'
