'I’ve traveled a lot in my life, and rarely leave bad reviews, but this hotel was awful. I do not recommend staying here. The building looked like it was slapped together in a rush. The floors were uneven all over, it made me feel very disoriented. The walls have cracks all over. I let my 8 month old crawl on the floor expecting it be clean.. and her knees and hands turned black after only a few seconds on the floor. 'The rooms had a stale smell. The plugs in the bathroom did not work. The mattress & sheets had stains on them. There were roaches in the rooms. My niece also stayed & we both had to leave. No way we were staying in those conditions. When we tried to get a refund they rudely told us they do not do that. When Expedia contacted them the denied it all & said they offered us a new room. For us they did not but they did for my niece & it was just as bad. Stay far, far, far away from this place! ...

'The room was comfy, especially the bed. Lighting in the room itself was plentiful but it could have used at least one bright light in the main room. The bathroom was spacious and the shower worked well with good pressure and responsive temp. Both the shampoo and conditioner containers had shampoo in them though. Staff were friendly enough. The only other negative was that there was a fast food bag near the elevator for our entire stay that Housekeeping never disposed of….'
