Ground Floor: The ground floor consists of a bright, open-plan space featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room. For extra sleeping capacity, the living room includes a comfortable sofa bed for one person. A bathroom is also located on this level.

First Floor: Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, a TV, and individual air conditioning. The well-appointed bathroom ensures convenience for all.

The villa is ideally positioned to explore the best of Istria. You are only a short drive away from the nearest beaches (approx. 8 km), while local restaurants and grocery shops are conveniently located within 2 km of the property.
