'The location was perfect for public transport - an easy flat walk from the train station and a short walk to the ferries. The flat has a beautiful view of the lake and access to a private beach. Aspects of the flat are a little tired, the taps in the kitchen move around, the shower needs the shelves repairing and mould removing. The air con in the main living area was appreciated and the check-in instructions were prompt and clear. Overall it was a good flat but with a bit of maintenance it...

'The property would have been great only if they picked up our luggage from the bus port. It is high up in the mountain, very difficult to drag your luggage. Not enough warning provided as to how difficult it would be to take your baggage. No taxi, no pick up, I saw other guests who almost cried, dragging their luggage up to the hotel often on narrow oncoming traffic.'

'The room was very clean. It was close to the train station, but it was also close to the promenade and ferry. You cannot hear any trains whatsoever. This is not a hotel, we were promised to be contacted one week before check in about its details, however, 3 days before check in nobody contacted us. for us, visiting from different country, in the season where no hotels were available, that was stressful enough.
