This unit comprises the street level of a duplex house, offering exclusive access without an overhead neighbor, although there are guests in the lower unit. Guests enjoy convenient entry using a smart lock system through the distinctive front red door labeled "Moose Trail," ensuring security and ease of access. Within, the space features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, spacious living area, three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms, all for private use. Shared amenities are limited to the laundry room and patio, fostering a balance between personal privacy and communal convenience.

Lastly, please note that the north door in the dining room is equipped with a deadbolt lock. This door leads to the stairwell that provides access to the shared laundry room. For security and privacy, kindly ensure that this door remains shut and locked when not in use. Thank you.

We would like to inform you that this unit is located on the street level, with the possibility of the downstairs unit being rented out at the same time. As a result, you may occasionally hear another group.

To mitigate any disturbance, we have installed insulation to help reduce noise transmission between floors.
