'Breakfast was fresh. Shuttle was so helpful back and forth to the airport. Great pizza restaurant in the Hilton next door. '

Three aspects that caught my attention were Debrajai (front desk) taking the initiative to sanitize door cards during less busy periods, Room Service always helpful and nice, and Director Christina Smith, who made a point to meet us daily at the breakfast area, where we had friendly conversations that left a positive impression on my family and me, and it was only later that we discovered her role as the hotel's director. 'The pillows were awful! All the pillows were soft. Not a firm one anywhere. Also got food poisoning from the Old Chicago restaurant onsite. '

'We were in town on business. Found the room very clean, the staff kind and accommodating and the restaurant on site was excellent. We will need to travel there again in the fall and plan to stay at that Holiday Inn because of the great experience. '

'There was an ominous noise all night that kept us awake until 3 am and we could finally fall asleep from pure exhaustion after traveling all day. Then the next morning a fire drill that was so loud. Upon check in, after traveling all day long, I attempted to purchase a pizza and wine from the pantry and the night attendant was incredibly rude and told me that they would not sell wine after midnight. Even though we literally checked in ten minutes before midnight. I'll never book this hotel...

'Or was a little dated, but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the property was clean and quiet. I didn't have time for breakfast. I was greeted kindly by the man at the front desk, a nice end to a 23 hour day. I'd stay here again. '

'The walls need insulating. I could hear our neighbors just like they were in our room. Not the best thing when you have to get up early for a flight. And the sliding bathroom door offers no sounds buffer either. You might as well have the door open. The hotel location was great and the hotel was clean and beautiful. Just needs some sounds buffers. '
