Located in a private condominium with 24H security in the most iconic towers of Lisbon in Parque das Nações, one of the most modern and exclusive areas of Lisbon, with many leisure options.
On top of Shopping Vasco da Gama, It couldn't be more central, 5 min walk from Oriente Station, near by you you will find gare do Oriente, where you can find all king of public transportations (train, undergroung, buses, taxis) and rent-a-car offices. Inside the Shopping, you can find a Big Supermarket many entertainment options, bars and restaurants.
The other side, you have Altis Arena, Aquarium and International Fair of Lisbon, places where are taken place many international events like web summit, Euro Festival contest song, ironman triathlon, marathons, etc.

Great stay as far as location! Communication with Ricardo was great and being able to check in a little early due to flight change was wonderful! Would love to have a little bit more supplies provided for at least a couple days as far as coffee, clothes washer machine, body wash, shampoo, and trash bags. Apartment was clean on arrival, but dishes were found not very clean…had to wash before use. I think prior attendants may have put dirty dishes in dishwasher, but not have cleaned them, and housekeeper maybe have unloaded them not realizing that dishes weren’t clean. But this is my assumption. Having an AC during the heat wave was a plus! Beds were comfortable and the location was quiet and very convenient! Thank you for a great stay!

Weeklong, first time trip to Lisbon

The unit was very comfortable, including the two beds. The beds were a little lower to the floor than my preference but the mattresses/linens were very comfortable. The apartment was very quiet, except for some occasional street noise from some exuberant youth on the weekend seventeen floors below. No noise detected from apartments above, below or next to us. There was a very fast elevator that took us to the 17 floor and was never crowded. The apartment itself is two floors with the bedrooms and attached baths up a flight of stairs in the apartment. Half bath on main floor. Kitchen was well equipped with several types of coffeemakers, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, stove/oven, large refrigerator-freezer and a combo washer/ dryer for clothes. Some dish detergent for machine and hand washing was provided and some initial rolls of toilet paper. The mall next door has a large grocery store on the bottom floor that accepted credit cards and was open late on Sunday nights. There is a board at the front of the checkout line that tells you which cash register lane is open. The unit is just across the street from the Oriente metro station which also has trains to day trip locations (Sintra). There is a bus location close to Oriente that we used to go to Belem and Alfama areas. It took us about 30 minutes to get from our apartment to the Baixa-Chiado and Placa Comercial areas. This location felt very safe. There are a lot of restaurants close to the river (5 minute walk), cable cars, and the Oceanario which we visited while waiting for the apartment on first day. Ricardo was very responsive before booking and met us at the apartment to give us a tour and answer questions. There is also a reference manual with emergency numbers, local restaurant names, equipment operating instructions. Wifi was very good and consistent. We would definitely recommend staying here, especially for a weeklong stay or more since connections to other areas were so easy and the apartment was spacious and quiet.

Great Place To Stay in Lisbon!

We loved our stay at this apartment in Lisbon. The location is so close to Orient station so it made it very easy to catch trains, metro, etc. We enjoyed the river view and walking by it during the day and evening. The apartment was very nice and very clean. I didn't find the bed to be comfortable at all and that would be my only suggestion for improvement. We would return again for sure.

Location, location, location!

This two-bedroom unit has a great river view from its 17th floor location. It is also located next to the Centro Vasco De Gama, a shopping center that is open until midnight, and a short walk from the Oriente train station, where you can access all public transportation (bus, metro and train). You can get anywhere in LIsbon in 15-20 minutes from here. The Oriente metro stop is only three stops from the Lisbon airport. Ricardo is responsive and easy to work with. He also has some terrific recommendations of neighborhood restaurants. Each of the two bedrooms have en suite bath rooms. The kitchen has a clothes washer/drier combination. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Comfortable, clean and modern. A/C and Wi-Fi provided.

Amazing view of Lisbon in this high rise condo!

Ricardo was wonderful! He greeted us at the building and helped us become comfortable and knowledgeable with the beautiful unit and the area. He had many suggestions for Lisbon sightseeing. The location is perfect. Train and metro station are right across the street. Ricardo, was available and helpful. Without a doubt, if we ever returned we would look into renting from him again.

Tolle Aussicht

Sehr schöne Wohnung, ruhig nahe bei der Metro Oriente, Supermarkt um die Ecke von 9-24Uhr offen, viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Einzig die Kochtöpfe und Kopfkissen könnten wieder einmal ausgewechselt werden. Wir haben 9 Tage in Lissabon verbracht und hatten daher ab und zu gekocht. Wir sind meistens mit den Bussen unterwegs gewesen,die fahren in alle Ecken von Lissabon. Mit der viva viagam Karte die man am Flughafen kaufen und laden kann geht alles sehr einfach. Ricardo der Property Manager ist sehr freudlich und hilfsbereit.

Perfect location and Views!

Modern accommodations and perfect location made for a great vacation! Ricardo was easy to reach and available for initial questions and assistance. Very safe area-easy walking to casual and fancy restaurants. The apartment is on the 17th floor with a modern elevator and 24-hour security bonus. The Oceanarium was located in the view from the apt and was voted one of the top aquariums in the world- very well done! The sky tram is also nearby for a great view of the river and area. Next door to the Vasco de Gama shopping mall with a grocery located inside for every convenience. Metro across the street from the mall entrance and taxis always in front of the mall made getting around the city easy! We purchased the metro pass Viagem for multi trips and the signs were clearly marked and very easy! A Must ride to experience is the famous tram 28. Tram 15 takes you to Belem for the pastias de Belem original dessert custards- they were amazing. Hotel Mundial was a Top ten winner of rooftop bars with views of the castle Sao Jorge and is within a short walking distance from the Rosso station. Solar 31 restaurant was #2 seafood restaurant on trip advisor and was excellent- quality and service unparalleled. If you are looking for the best place to stay in Portugal- you found it with this one!! We look forward to returning! Watch Somebody Feed Phil- Portugal on Netflix to fall in love with this beautiful city!
