The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washer, a drying rack and ironing facility to meet your laundry needs.

The first bedroom features a queen bed and a wardrobe, while the second bedroom has a double bed, a desk, and a wardrobe, providing ample space for everyone to relax and unwind. All the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Parque das Nações is a Portuguese parish in the municipality of Lisbon, belonging to the East Zone of the capital.

It is a vibrant neighbourhood with plenty of attractions to explore. The famous Oceanário de Lisboa, a world-renowned aquarium, transports visitors into a mesmerizing underwater world. With its impressive collection of marine life and immersive exhibits, this attraction is a must-visit for nature enthusiasts and families alike. The impressive Torre Vasco da Gama is the tallest structure in Portugal. This towering landmark offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city and the stunning Vasco da Gama Bridge. The neighbourhood is conveniently located just a 16-minute walk from Oriente station, making it easy to travel around the city.

Whether you're interested in marine life or historical landmarks, Parque das Nações has something for everyone.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Moscavide, is just a 2-minute walk.

The nearest train station, Moscavide, is just a 10-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is an 8-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
