This studio is a spacious open room with big windows that let in lots of natural light. It has a comfy double bed with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a wardrobe for storing your belongings.

It is also furnished with comfy chairs, and a work desk, and you will also find a flatscreen TV so you can relax after a day in the city or if you want some time spent with any entertainment activity.

You will find a kitchenette, whether you want to whip up a quick meal or spend more time on a feast. It has an electric plate, a fridge, a washing machine, and a dining table top.

The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Calm and peaceful area, there are several touristic landmarks, such as Jeronimos Monastery, Belem Tour, Navigators Monument, Walkways by the Tagus River, Botanical Garden, Hospital, Universities

Tram 15B at doorstep, train stations at less than 1 Km by foot.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
