The apartment is fully renovated but still preserving the charm of the old building. Located right next to the most photographed street in Lisbon - Bica Street, it is in between Bairro Alto and Cais do Sodré and very close from the Santa Catarina Viewpoint (Adamastor). You will be staying in a typical street of one of the most charismatic neighborhoods located in the historic heart, which was recently recovered by the municipality.

The house has a balcony with a view over the roofs ideal to unwind and from where it is possible to see the funicular of Bica passing by quite often.

The Renter can take advantage of a good bedroom (Queen size bed), sofa bed, Internet Access and Bluetooth Audio.
Also, the use of a fully equipped kitchen with electric plate, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dish washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine.
It is also possible to use the washing machine as well as steam iron and ironing board.
At the restroom there is a hair dryer available too.

Please note that the apartment is located in a traditional Portuguese building and is not served by an elevator.
