'The location is excellent! Very close to RPI and an excellent location if you are planning to check out the Farmers Market in Troy. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN!! The room was perfect. Fluffy towels, nice bed with very comfortable pillows and a HUGE tv. Breakfast was great too. Lots of options, everything was hot, and the coffee was good. I will definitely stay here again!'

'The hotel and staff and parking were all very nice. The problem is getting into and out of the hotel. The parking lot and entrance is on a lower level and the front desk is on the next level up—-just inconvenient.'

'I thought that the pay per coffee cup per use in the lobby was a little odd. I have never seen that before. Usually, it’s free. Also, Pay for Breakfast was good, but strawberry banana yogurt smoothie was very thin. Almost like they forgot the yogurt. Probably won’t happen to you, but alarm clock in the room went off at 6 AM. And not by my settings. I guess I learned the hard way. Unplug the clock in the future. The maids routinely don’t check the alarm blocks. Otherwise pleasant sleeping...
