Vriendelijk personeel, goede kamers, prima ontbijt.'

'Lammers zijn royaal en netjes. Personeel is heel vriendelijk.

'Was verder helemaal goed'

'There were several issues. To resolve these, one has to communicate by email with the "Support Team". There is no on-site reception or support staff. Almost every time with over 30 emails, the response came from a different person who paid no attention to the earlier emails. As a result, response was very slow (several days), or no response at all.'

'I was deeply disappointed by the words and actions of a staff member who was dishonest and lacked a service-oriented attitude.'
