Room smelled like stale smoke so I asked for a different room, they had none available unless I wanted to pay $10 more for a different room.. they finally were able to “find” me one for same price of $100. for one night. 'One night stay here after staying at their sister hotel in Raleigh. The property itself is fine but no atmosphere compared to Raleigh. Easy parking, clean and comfortable room. Not much to do within walking distance, except a burger takeaway. We tried to walk to a nearby microbrewery. It should've been a 5 minute walk, but we found it impossible to cross the 6-lane highway in front of the motel so gave up and went back to our room.
